Job summary

LBX is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in forex or crypto to drive new partnerships and expand our network. You will acquire and onboard Introducing Broker partners, manage relationships, and ensure KPIs are met while delivering monthly performance reports.

You will advise on sales strategies, perform due diligence, and represent Libertex products and terms to partners, maintaining a proactive, client-focused approach in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a business development role within brokerage, crypto, exchange, or neobanks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills; solid MS Office/Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work under deadline with strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners and onboard them.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty and trust.
• Perform ongoing due diligence and monitor partner performance.
• Present Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners.
• Consult partners' staff on sales and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure KPIs are met and monthly reports prepared.
• Resolve issues with a positive, can-do attitude.
