Trolley is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote role supporting LATAM and wider regions. You will own research, data, and drafts across engagements, delivering structured insights and strategic documents.

In this production role, you’ll manage timelines, synthesize findings, and craft client-ready reports while coordinating with internal teams and leadership. Strong English writing and data experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third‑party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
