Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote LATAM role. You will own research, data, and draft outputs that underpin client engagements, guiding end-to-end processes on simpler projects and delivering synthesis for complex studies.

Strong English writing and data tooling are essential. You will analyze markets, competitors, and audiences, producing professional reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, able to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across multiple client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences across websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership review.
