Us Job Finders is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote, LATAM-focused role with a performance marketing agency. You will own research, data, and drafts that fuel client engagements and final recommendations.

You’ll conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, analyze third‑party data, and build first-draft reports from templates. Strong English writing and multi‑project management are required.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English with ability to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third‑party research platforms.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
