Job summary

Peak Support seeks a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote, LATAM-aligned role. You will own research, data, and drafts to support client engagements, from end-to-end execution on simpler projects to synthesis on complex studies.

Requirements include 3–5 years in marketing or research, strong English, and experience with third-party data sources. Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint is expected, with organized project management across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English and ability to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint for client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership review.
