Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured reports and presentations
• Experience pulling data from third‑party research platforms or databases
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
• Able to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership
