L'Oréal is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM-focused engagement. The role owns research, data, and drafts across client projects, delivering structured analyses and strategic documents with end-to-end involvement on defined engagements.

You will manage timelines, coordinate inputs, and QA deliverables to ensure accurate, polished outputs for leadership review. Strong writing skills and data-driven thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
