BioCatch is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive value for top customers in Latin America, focusing on financial institutions. You will define the strategic direction post-sale, collaborate with executives, and pair with Strategic Account Managers to uncover new opportunities while ensuring successful delivery with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 8+ years post-sales consulting experience in cyber security, fraud, payments or tech with tier-1 customers.
• Degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline; advanced analytical skills expected.
• Strong data quality and problem-solving capabilities; excellent project management.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-sales strategy for top customers and guide engagement across the lifecycle.
• Serve as single point of contact; coordinate with support, service delivery and data science teams.
• Lead customer business reviews with executives and drive product adoption and roadmap alignment.
• Identify new sales opportunities with Strategic Account Managers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop executive relationships; communicate updates and KPIs to stakeholders.
