Latino Legends is seeking a Director, Consulting with a strong cybersecurity leadership track record to oversee multiple high-impact engagements and mentor senior teams. You will guide strategic decisions, ensure delivery excellence, and partner with executives to drive client value in a remote Latin American setting.

This role emphasizes deep technical credibility combined with strategic business leadership, governance, and growth initiatives across advisory services.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading complex consulting or professional services engagements.
• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, or related advisory services.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring senior consulting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Ability to balance technical credibility with strategic business leadership.
• Experience supporting proposals, strategic initiatives, and account growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee governance across large, complex, multi-stream engagements.
• Ensure delivery with quality and adherence to methodologies.
• Provide strategic guidance to Senior Managers and Managers.
• Support executive-level client communications during critical situations.
• Partner with account teams to strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and service quality.
