IQVIA is seeking a Data Governance & Quality Engineer to lead end-to-end data management for global studies across multiple regions. The role requires strong leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out, with a focus on quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

You will work with CDM teams to ensure robust data management processes, apply GCPs, and maintain regulatory compliance while driving process improvements and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/clinical/biological or related field required.
• 7+ years direct data management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering global trials through full DM lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary data management lead for client deliverables.
• Provide leadership and senior support to Data Team Leads on global studies.
• Manage project planning, execution, and close-out with budget and milestones.
• Negotiate timelines, financials, and resources with customers.
• Ensure compliance with GCPs and regulatory guidelines.
