Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior Data Management lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. You will provide leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, overseeing DM service delivery, budget management, and coordinating with data operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation and bid defense experience with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead DM service delivery and escalate data issues as needed.
• Manage SOWs, budgets and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with Data Operations and project managers.
• Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.
