Power Digital in Argentina seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (Field Manager) for San Juan to lead end‑to‑end digital marketing accounts. You will own client onboarding, develop brand messaging, and run SEO, social, and paid media with Claude-driven workflows.

Daily you’ll manage multiple locations, ensure tracking accuracy, and edit AI drafts for client trust and tone. This role requires strong copy judgment and cross‑location coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or own practice.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience running several client accounts often with multiple locations.
• Brand and copy judgment you can explain and defend.
• Daily use of Claude and tools that connect to it.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly, compare cost per booked appointment and shift budget.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows the team uses weekly.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
