Félix is seeking a visionary Staff Platform Engineer to join our EngOps team. You will architect and build an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to empower engineering teams to move faster, improve reliability, and reduce friction at scale.

Lead the AI/LLM infrastructure, shape the long-term platform roadmap, and mentor engineers while delivering a world-class developer experience in a hyper-growth fintech environment.

Formación

• Deep experience deploying and customizing developer portals for self-service environments.
• 10+ years of software engineering with platform focus and leadership background.
• Strong background in IaC, CI/CD, and architecture for scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage scalable internal developer platform architecture.
• Advance AI/LLM infrastructure integration and platform automation.
• Mentor engineers, establish coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product leaders to align infrastructure with business goals.
