Félix is building an Internal Developer Platform to empower engineers, accelerate delivery, and reduce friction. You will architect and evolve the IDP, integrating AI/LLM workflows and scalable pipelines that power our AI-powered chatbot and cross-border fintech services.

As Staff Platform Engineer, you will drive platform strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Product teams to align infra automation with rapid growth and reliability goals.

Formación

• Deep experience deploying developer portals like Backstage or Port.io to create self-service environments.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native platforms.
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, and secure, observable infrastructure.
• Strong leadership to drive architectural strategy and platform innovations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage scalable, high-availability infrastructure for hyper-growth.
• Enhance CI/CD and internal tooling to reduce developer friction.
• Implement platform governance, security standards, and cost optimization.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and promote rigorous code reviews.
• Define best practices for infrastructure-as-code and platform standards.
• Partner with AI/Data teams to design LLM deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Own long-term technical roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to align infra automation with business goals.
