ITX is hiring a Data Engineer in Data Platforms & Internal Tooling to build the enterprise data platform powering analytics and AI tooling. You will develop scalable pipelines, data products, and integration layers for secure access in production.

This LATAM role emphasizes collaboration with AI, platform, and infra teams to scale data platforms for future growth and to support Agentic AI initiatives.

Formación

• 4+ years in Data/Backend Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift or similar.
• Experience with dbt and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
• Experience with one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and access control basics.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Develop trusted data products for analytics and AI solutions.
• Design data models for reporting and AI consumption.
• Create AI-facing integration layers for secure data access.
• Collaborate with AI, platform, and infra teams for production-grade solutions.
• Implement data quality, testing, monitoring, and lineage.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and access control.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for analytics and AI workflows.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and scale the data platform.
