Job summary

Werben HR is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to fill roles remotely across LATAM. You will source, screen and present technical candidates, managing the full lifecycle from brief to placement while aligning with hiring leaders.

Fluent English is mandatory. Three or more years in IT recruitment, plus strong sourcing skills, are required to succeed in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• 3+ years recruiting IT profiles (Developers, DevOps, SREs, Architects, QA, etc.).
• SGreat knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting).
• Degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or related field; experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a plus; fluent English mandatory.

• Conduct screening interviews and technical pre-assessments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.
• Coordinate with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
