ZS Associates in Argentina seeks a data-analytics oriented professional to partner with clients and business stakeholders, translating objectives into actionable insights. You will bridge business and technical teams, design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, and Excel, and communicate results clearly to non-technical audiences.

You will travel as required, work in a hybrid model, and mentor Associates on projects, contributing to client deliverables and ongoing capability growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Develop and apply statistical models addressing client problems and driving insights.

• Synthesize results and present to clients and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated throughout project execution.
• Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations and actionable insights for non-technical audience
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models that directly address client business problems and drive actionable insights.
• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to inform and guide client and ZS team decision‑making.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact on project deliverables and day‑to‑day interactions.
• Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.
• Create project deliverables and support implementation of solutions to ensure impact.
• Advance problem‑solving skills and contribute to improving ZS’s capabilities.
• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.
