As a Decision Analytics Lead, you will partner with clients to translate business objectives into actionable analytics solutions, bridging business and technical teams, and guiding project delivery.

You’ll mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional analytics work, and travel as needed to serve client engagements in Argentina and beyond.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Decision Analytics Leads deliver high‑quality solutions for our clients. Leads possess unstructured problem‑solving skills as well as strong analytics, synthesis, and communication skills. Leads may work on multiple projects simultaneously. As Leads advance in their career, they specialize in a particular industry, practice area, and/or client relationship.

• Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated throughout project execution.
• Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision‑making.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations and actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering, technology, and analytics teams to define data specifications, business rules, and solution requirements.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations, business objectives, and operational processes.
• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach.
• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues.
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
