What You'll Do

Decision Analytics Leads deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Leads possess unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytics, synthesis, and communication skills. Leads may work on multiple projects simultaneously. As Leads advance in their career, they specialize in a particular industry, practice area, and/or client relationship.

• Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated throughout project execution.
• Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision-making.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineering, technology, and analytics teams to define data specifications, business rules, and solution requirements.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations, business objectives, and operational processes.
• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach.
• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues.
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
• Drive high-quality project delivery by translating insights into actionable recommendations and practical client solutions. Identify follow-on opportunities during project delivery.
• Own delivery quality, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Local ownership of delivery assurance
• Contribute to internal firm activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
