Qualificações

• Practical experience in sports leagues, preferably with organizing and running programs.

Responsabilidades

• Planning: Budgeting, launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits.
• Sales: Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into registrations.
• Execution: Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness before games.
• Growth: Build partnerships, campaigns, and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
• Customer experience: Own player communications and resolve complaints.
• Results: Track registrations, revenue, costs, program occupancy and retention; report progress.
