Community Sports Partners is seeking a Sports League Operations and Growth Coordinator to build and run leagues and programs with founder‑level urgency and accountability. This remote role serves Latin America & the Caribbean, with evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time to match activity schedules.

You will own the process from planning through sales, launch, execution and growth, coordinate venues, staff, referees and customer experience, track registrations and revenue, and relentlessly

Qualificações

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Passion for sport demonstrated through real involvement.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, budget, and launch timelines; coordinate venues and staffing.
• Follow up with players and teams; convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Build partnerships; campaigns; increase repeat registrations and new locations.
• Own player communications; resolve complaints; maintain customer experience.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
