Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Sports League Operations and Growth Coordinator to own end-to-end program delivery. This remote role targets Latin America and the Caribbean, with evenings/weekends aligned to Toronto/Eastern time and base compensation of USD 1,000–1,500 per month plus a USD 1,000+ monthly performance bonus potential.

You will lead planning, execution and growth, manage venues, staffing, and customer experience while driving registrations, revenue and program occupancy.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely. Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and schedule launches, coordinate venues and staffing.
• Follow up with players and teams, convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during delivery.
• Build partnerships and campaigns to grow programs and locations; increase repeat registrations.
