Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Sports League Operations and Growth Coordinator to own program planning, sales, execution and growth for leagues across Latin America. The role requires evenings and weekends work aligned with Toronto/Eastern time.

You will manage the end-to-end process from planning to execution, customer experience and performance-driven growth, with a heavy emphasis on delivery and financial results.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely across time zones.
• Strong organizational and numerical planning skills.
• Experience with sports programs or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets and launch timelines; coordinate venues and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and captains to fill registrations.
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Growth: build partnerships and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
• Customer experience: manage communications and resolve issues.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs and retention; report progress.
