Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs remotely across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role emphasizes ownership from planning to execution, with a focus on growth, partnerships, and customer experience.

Hours are evenings/weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, with a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Based in LATAM/Caribbean, you will drive registrations, manage programs, and ensure reliable delivery and financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations
• Strong organization and numerical skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems
• Ability to coordinate people remotely
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules, staffing
• Sales: follow up with players, convert inquiries, fill spaces
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness
• Growth: build partnerships, campaigns, expand programs/locations
• Customer experience: manage communications and resolve complaints
• Report: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, retention and progress
