Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across LATAM and other regions. You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records, and coordinate renewals and optimizations.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume requests in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits, and cost optimization.
