Sur Global Services is seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Manager for a full-time remote role serving Latin America. You will manage a book of brands, onboard them to creator hires, and guide campaigns end-to-end without agencies. Work with US/Canada brands, teach best hiring practices, and drive growth across accounts.

The role emphasizes consultative strategy, retention growth, and scalable enablement, with a strong emphasis on English communication and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• C1 English proficiency required.
• 3+ years in client services or account management in influencer/creator marketing.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and briefing creators for brand campaigns.
• Experience managing a book of business and outreach cadences in a CRM like HubSpot.
• Ability to consult on campaign structure, budgets and marketing strategy.
• Comfort owning retention and revenue growth targets with commission.
• Strong teaching instinct to show customers what good looks like.
• Ability to manage many accounts and build scalable resources.
• Excellent written and verbal English for outreach.
• Experience with US or Canadian brands.

Aufgaben

• Own a book of about 200 brands on paid subscription plans.
• Onboard new brands to achieve their first successful creator hire.
• Teach brands to use platform tools for hiring creators and campaigns.
• Consult on influencer marketing strategy and measurement.
• Advise on creator selection, briefs, formats, pricing and rights.
• Turn one-off orders into repeat creator programs.
• Run check-ins and results reviews to show success and plan next campaigns.
• Monitor usage and spend signals to catch at-risk accounts.
• Build enablement materials like playbooks and templates.
• Identify Enterprise opportunities and pass to sales with upgrades.
• Provide customer feedback to product and marketing.
