Job summary

Stay’d is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across eight+ brand sites. You’ll own keyword research, AI-powered content workflows, and on-page/technical SEO while ensuring each brand maintains local voice and E-E-A-T.

You will collaborate with marketing, dev, and brand teams in a remote LATAM-friendly role, focusing on conversions and owner bookings through organic search.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience growing organic traffic and conversions with measurable results.
• Daily use of AI to produce content with tested effectiveness.
• Strong editing skills to make AI drafts sound local and true.
• Comfort with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog or Sitebulb, and Ahrefs, Semrush or DataForSEO.
• Directness about results: if a cluster is not converting, you reallocate.

Responsibilities

• Keyword research, topic clusters, briefs, drafts, publishing and refreshes across 8+ brand sites.
• AI workflows to take a page from keyword to published at scale with quality control.
• Maintain the quality bar: each brand voice, local accuracy and E-E-A-T.
• On-page and technical basics: titles, meta, linking, schema, indexation, Core Web Vitals; work with devs on bigger tasks.
• Local search through Google Business Profile, citations and local links.
• AI visibility for owner/guest questions across AI tools and platforms.
• One scoreboard per brand tracking rankings, sessions, owner leads and bookings in GA4/GSC/StaydOS.
• Create a playbook to onboard new brands quickly.
