Royal Caribbean International seeks a Guest Services Officer to deliver exceptional guest experiences onboard ships. You will greet guests, process cash and guest accounts, and resolve issues with a proactive, friendly approach.

The role requires at least one year of customer contact experience, cash handling, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. You must be able to operate basic office equipment and participate in safety drills as required.

Formación

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel, cruise, or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates required.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests in a professional and positive manner.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests promptly with a friendly welcome and understands requests in detail.
• Provides cash and guest account services at the Guest Services desk.
• Resolves guest issues with exemplary problem-resolution skills.
