Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture (ITSM, integrations, scoped apps).
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, scheduled jobs, REST, data models, ACLs, and application scoping.
• Hands-on experience with update sets and deployment strategies.
• Solid software engineering practices with Agile methodologies and code quality.
• Fluent business English and strong communication; international environment experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, CIS) are a plus.

The Position

Our team is looking for a technology-focused and team-oriented professional to join us in supporting a ServiceNow development team responsible for a custom-built solution used across manufacturing environments.In this role, you will play a key part in driving the evolution of a critical application supporting shopfloor operations and the broader Operational Excellence initiative. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and provide technical leadership to a team delivering high-quality applications.This position combines elements of business consulting and system engineering, offering you the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and lead a team in delivering high-quality applications. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, contributing to innovative digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance on the shopfloor.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards, ensuring solutions leverage out‑of‑the‑box capabilities, follow platform best practices, and align with scalability, security, and maintainability principles (Flow Designer/Schedule Jobs, scoped applications standards, REST API, Data models, security ACLS, deployment strategies… ).
• Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on optimal platform usage and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support the development teams, guiding the design, development, qualification, and maintenance of complex applications.
• Implementation of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, set technical direction, and drive the successful delivery of new tools and system enhancements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry’s best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including high-quality code, unit/integration tests, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture (e.g., ITSM, integrations, scoped applications).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, schedule jobs, REST API integrations, data modeling, ACLs, and application scoping.
• Hands-on experience with update sets and deployment strategies within ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile methodologies and code quality standards.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work in an international and intercultural environment.
• Fluent in business English, with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM, or CIS) are a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
