Job summary

Pearster is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join a prominent Canadian fintech client. This hybrid opportunity focuses on analysis, design, development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, translate them into detailed specs and workflows, and implement across the ServiceNow platform while ensuring governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on development and configuration.
• Experience as ServiceNow Developer, BSA, Technical Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant.
• Strong BA skills: requirements gathering, user stories, and process flows.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development with JavaScript, BR, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with HAM, SAM, SIR, VR, IRM, and TPRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead as BSA/SME for multiple requests and initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow across modules and automate processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure governance and security alignment.
• Support upgrades, testing, and production rollout.
