Pearster is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join a Canadian fintech client in a hybrid role. You will analyze business requirements, design and develop ServiceNow solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise capabilities.

You will lead workshops, translate needs into specifications, and ensure governance while promoting best practices across the ServiceNow platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and configuration.
• Experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, Security, and Risk modules, such as HAM, SAM, SIR, VR, IRM, and TPRM.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and SME for multiple concurrent requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Liaise between business and technology teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Promote out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities while balancing governance.
• Build relationships across teams to promote platform adoption.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
