PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst to help clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation and support of ServiceNow applications. You will join a cross-functional team across advisory, assurance, tax and business services to deliver tailored solutions.

Formación

• 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB / Asset Management, Procurement, or related ServiceNow modules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and software licensing concepts.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Managing ServiceNow deployment projects and ensuring seamless integration and utilization of applications.
• Providing training and support to clients for effective use of ServiceNow software.
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through ServiceNow.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights.
• Applying configuration management techniques to maintain application security and compliance.
• Leveraging Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members in ServiceNow consulting practices.
• Interpreting data to inform strategic recommendations and drive client success.
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection.
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices.
