The Senior Associate role emphasizes mentoring, managing deployments, and translating complex needs into practical configurations, with focus on ITSM/ITOM modules and ITIL-aligned practices.

Formación

• 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree

• Provide training and client support for ServiceNow.
