• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide timely support.
• Pricing Analysis: Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all quotations and related documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with account management, Service Entitlement, Commercial Management and operations.
• Communication: Inform stakeholders of progress and escalate issues when needed.
