Edelman is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our in‑house team in Argentina or LatAm locations. You will strengthen and scale our enterprise reporting capabilities, focusing on accuracy, governance, and enabling data‑driven decisions across HR, Finance, and Shared Services.

Formación

• 7+ years in enterprise reporting, analytics or BI.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday reporting and analytics.
• Expertise with Workday Advanced/Matrix/Composite reporting.
• Experience with Prism Analytics and data transformation.
• Hands-on Workday HCM and data security knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable reports.
• Excellent spoken and written English for executive interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Stabilize and optimize existing Workday reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Design and maintain advanced Workday reports and Prism Analytics solutions.
• Governance: enforce data definitions, security, and quality controls.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and Shared Services to deliver self‑service analytics.
• Lead requirements, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications in English.
