Dentsu in Buenos Aires is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join the HR Ops team. You will translate business requests into reporting requirements, deliver HR dashboards, and ensure data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, you will clarify needs, provide data-driven solutions, and drive standardization and continuous improvement across reporting workflows and governance.

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling employee data.
• Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Contribute to the standardization, documentation, and governance of HR metrics and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve reporting workflows and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
