Werben HR is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to lead BI initiatives in a hybrid work environment in Buenos Aires. You will design data models, build dashboards, and deliver insights to support business decisions.

Required 5+ years in data prep and warehousing, strong MS BI stack skills, and 3–4 years of Power BI self-service experience. English proficiency is mandatory for technical interviews.

• 5+ years in data preparation and data warehousing projects.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS).
• 3–4 years using Power BI as a self-service BI tool.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements within the BI context.
• Design data models transforming raw data into insights.
• Create dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI.
• Identify KPIs and monitor them consistently.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and deploy Power BI scripts and DAX queries.
• Perform SQL querying to obtain optimal results.
• Conduct data warehouse development and ETL process design.
