Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time role in Argentina. You will collaborate with the co-founder/CTO and Head of Product to architect Windows-centric engineering across endpoint management, deployment, and automation at scale.

With 10+ years in systems-level Windows development and strong Windows internals, you will lead design efforts, mentor a small team, and drive strategic initiatives in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in Windows systems.
• Deep Windows internals expertise including boot sequence, services, registry and kernel-adjacent work.
• Hands-on Windows OS deployment experience: WinPE, unattended install, driver mgmt.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
• Expertise in C/C++ and/or C#/.NET plus advanced PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Own the on-endpoint decision engine: policy interpretation and task sequencing.
• Ensure zero-disruption updates and patching with dependency-aware ordering.
• Bare-metal OS deployment and WinPE-based recovery workflows.
• Lead Windows Autopilot completion and staging with external suppliers.
• Pre-boot identity using Azure AD device-code authentication.
• Manage content delivery via Azure Blob storage/CDN and local repos.
• Hardware enablement: driver/firmware/BIOS/UEFI updates.
• Plan roadmap expansion including potential macOS edition.
• Mentor a small engineering team and collaborate with CTO.
