Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Application Developer for a full-time role across Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico. You will lead application enhancements, supervise junior developers, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications from release to retirement.

Formación

• 10+ years experience with ERP development and support on X3 and related enterprise apps
• 10+ years shaping requirements with business stakeholders and prioritizing enhancements
• 12+ years of Application Development experience
• 4+ knowledge of SLA for applications
• 5+ experience with Waterfall or Agile development methodologies
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Technical leadership mentoring junior resources and vendors on ERP solutions

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand user needs and draft designs
• Assesses feasibility while adhering to security and architectural guidelines
• Develops code and designs applications per user specs
• Modifies existing applications to fix errors or improve performance
• Monitors testing, validation, and installation of applications
• Gathers user feedback and enhances usability
• Designs databases for specific applications
• Defines system performance standards and hardware needs
• Collaborates with analysts, engineers, and programmers to support applications
• Advises on application maintenance
