EY in Argentina is seeking an Application Engineer to lead the technical delivery of enterprise software projects. You will translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions and supervise the team to ensure quality coding by applying established engineering practices.

You’ll work with modern Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure) and data tools, participate in design reviews, estimates, and governance, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining schedules and risk controls.

Formación

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with .NET stack (C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Service).
• Database skills including SQL Server, stored procedures, views, and T-SQL.
• Experience with client web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js, AngularJS, REST).
• Azure cloud technologies including Azure Services and OpenAI integration.
• Preferred: reporting with Power BI and Power Query.
• Ability to manage multiple technical challenges per project and provide accurate estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop robust, high-performance enterprise software.
• Perform code reviews of peer submissions.
• Provide accurate effort estimates for all project phases.
• Share feedback on methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Onboard technical resources and guide team members.
• Evaluate and propose efficient, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
• Support project handover to production with clear guidelines.
• Translate design and solution architecture into detailed design and build deliverables.
• Distribute technical information to team leads as needed.
• Monitor adherence to development processes and mitigate risks.
