Speechify is hiring a Windows desktop developer to design, implement, and maintain flagship desktop apps across Windows platforms. You will drive architecture, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software.

Formación

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Strong understanding of .NET interop with native Windows code.
• Proven ability to design and ship production-grade desktop apps.
• Experience with accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multithreading.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK and C#.
• Define best practices for code quality, performance, and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility efforts: keyboard navigation, screen readers, and UI automation.
• Collaborate with design, UX research, QA, and product to plan features and roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory issues.
