Siemens is hiring a Sr Web Analyst for a remote role focused on marketing education and nonprofit clients. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, CRM connections, and a centralized warehouse that feeds Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

Bring 5+ years in data engineering within marketing or agency settings, strong SQL and BigQuery experience, and expertise in dbt/Dataform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive scalable, high-quality analytics for education

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing/agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platform.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture—from paid media to dashboard.
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery; design schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy.
• Own transformation & mapping using modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear conventions.
• Own CI/CD & data segmentation with GitHub Actions and multi-client isolation.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality, validate pipelines, and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
