Job summary

World Business Lenders recruits an experienced Title Manager to lead the title clearance team and oversee the end-to-end title review process. You will guide staff, prioritize work, and ensure timely closings while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive title experience and a proven ability to resolve complex title issues and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.
• 10 years in title with substantial management experience, not just leadership.
• Experience reviewing title commitments and clearing liens to support loan closures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
• Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
