Job summary

Homeward is seeking a Project Manager to drive IT Operations and Mortgage & Title systems initiatives. You will report to senior Technology leadership and align with Finance on software spend, while improving governance and transparency across vendors and renewals.

This remote-first, LatAM-based contractor role requires 3+ years PM experience in high-growth environments, strong English, and exceptional documentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management supporting IT operations and/or business systems.
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal).
• Strong planning, scoping, risk tracking, and timely delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication across leadership, vendors, and engineers.
• Collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset with ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadmap and projects for IT operations and Mortgage & Title systems.
• Define goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria; translate priorities into plans.
• Own project communications across Technology, Operations, and Finance.
• Forecast analysis; track spend; flag variances; follow up on overpayments and duplicates.
• Maintain inventory of software subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and owners.
• Improve knowledge management with runbooks and self-serve resources.
