World Business Lenders seeks an experienced Internal Audit Team Lead to oversee audits across loan operations, post-closing, and compliance. You will report to the SVP of Internal Audit and supervise four Analysts, guiding risk-based audits with a focus on controls and compliance.

The role is fully remote for eligible candidates worldwide, with standard hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday. Excellent English skills are required to communicate findings and coordinate remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing, or related field.
• 6–8 years of Internal Audit experience and hands-on fieldwork.
• CIA certification required; CPA/CISA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead audits across loan origination, servicing, post-closing, and compliance.
• Supervise a team of 4 Internal Audit Analysts and review workpapers.
• Perform hands-on audit testing and process walkthroughs.
• Evaluate controls against lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and present audit reports to the SVP of Internal Audit and stakeholders.
