Thomson Reuters in Argentina seeks a Senior Manager, Technology to lead a high-performing engineering team in Tax & Accounting. You will drive strategic technology initiatives, cloud adoption, and AI-enabled transformations to deliver customer value.

You will mentor a 10–15 member team, partner with product and business units, and ensure scalable engineering practices, reliability, and strong delivery performance across complex programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Significant experience in technology leadership roles, including engineering management.
• Strong background in software development and solution architecture.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices and engineering transformation.
• Experience leading teams with AI-enabled practices.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies and modern distributed systems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with business and product leaders.
• Experience leading teams in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
