Accenture is seeking a seasoned Technology Strategy and M&A leader in Argentina to guide large-scale technology transformation across mergers and divestitures. You will partner with C-suite and senior technology executives to shape strategies, drive Day 1 readiness, and oversee integration and separation programs.

Formación

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
• Bachelor's degree completed (Engineering careers plus).
• High proficiency of English (C1).
• 12–18 years of consulting, deal advisory, technology advisory, transformation or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading Technology M&A transactions and large-scale integration or separation programs.
• Strong experience across sign‑to‑close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration/separation planning, TSA strategy, and IMO/SMO leadership.
• Experience in at least one domain: IT Infrastructure & Cloud, ERP, or Enterprise Architecture & IT Operating Model Transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale Technology M&A programs across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and joint ventures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology executives on transaction-related technology decisions.
• Lead sign-to-close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration planning, separation planning, TSA strategy and TSA exit execution.
• Oversee IMO and SMO governance, execution and value realization activities.
• Define technology integration and separation strategies across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, ERP and operating models.
• Drive synergy identification, value capture, risk mitigation, and transaction execution planning.
• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams and provide overall engagement leadership, quality assurance and stakeholder management.
• Build executive-level business cases, steering committee materials and transformation roadmaps.
• Support business development, proposal creation, thought leadership and practice growth initiatives, mentoring managers and consultants.
