PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Data Solutions Manager to deliver data-driven, technology-enabled client solutions within the Tax practice. You will lead teams, design innovative experience strategies, and collaborate with global advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience needed.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of experience strategies to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver integrated business, experience, and technology solutions.
• Manage and coach teams to meet client expectations.
• Use SQL or Python for data processing and automation to optimize processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to produce actionable insights for clients.
• Validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency across sources.
• Develop scalable data visualization and analytics solutions.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Plan strategically and execute data-driven initiatives for impactful outcomes.
• Ensure Information Security and Data Protection practices are followed.
