EY Parthenon in Argentina seeks a Senior Director to lead IT-focused transactions within Deal Technology. You will direct client service teams, shape integration and divestiture strategies, and drive value through technology-led deals.

The role emphasizes business development and team mentorship in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in management consulting, M&A experience, and proven ability to translate data into strategic insights, with strong relationships at senior

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8+ years related experience.
MBA is preferred.
Significant M&A management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one core business process (procurement to pay, record to report, etc.)
Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP, or CISA are highly desired.
