Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant M&A management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT-focused projects across sectors within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice.
• Direct our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop and execute business and practice development initiatives; mentor team members to achieve career goals.
